To be honest, I can't think of anything good to say about them at the minute!

The website is badly made and doesn't look right in anything but Internet Explorer.

The security is awful (Example: Until I started and pointed this out - anyone with even a little knowledge of SQL could log in as whoever they please).

Whenever I've asked them to make a change, they've said they'd get it done by a date, say tomorrow, but come that date, I have to chase them and ask
what's going on. They almost always say "Oh, I thought it had been done!".
Then when it finally does get done, it's generally wrong, and we have to chase them again to get it changed. Same rigmarole in getting it done ensues.
Most of the time it's quicker to just do it ourselves. But for that, we have to decipher the awful mess they call "code".
